Frozen is convenient, but fresh is always better. That's the motto for this Oven-to-Table Chicken. Seasoned with some savory, Italian spices and herbs, this juicy, roasted bird is as fresh as they come. Simple, but pure yum. Don't settle for anything else. Oven-to-Table Chicken is always better!
Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2 -Lightly grease a rimmed baking pan.
Step 3 -In a medium bowl, add the chicken breasts, the olive oil, the Italian seasoning, the seasoned salt, the paprika, and the black pepper and mix to coat.
Step 4 -Bake the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 22-26 minutes.
Step 5 -Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes.
Step 6 -Slice and serve.
