  • 5 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter, diced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2 -Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3 -Place the potatoes in an even layer in the prepared casserole dish.

Step 4 -Sprinkle the onion and the bacon over the potatoes.
