Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 1 (12-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (18.5-ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
Directions
Step 1 -Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2 -Coat a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Step 3 -Unroll the crescent rolls into the prepared dish and pinch the seams together.
Step 4 -Beat the cream cheese, the granulated sugar, and the vanilla together in a bowl.
Step 5 -Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll dough layer.
Step 6 -Sprinkle the cream cheese spread with the brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of the cinnamon.
Step 7 -Pour the cherry pie filling over the brown sugar layer.
Step 8 -Sprinkle the cake mix over the cherry pie filling.
