Ingredients
- ice, to taste
- 1 ounce amaretto
- 3/4 ounce Old Tom gin, such as Hayman's™
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup, store-bought or homemade
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce cranberry juice
- 1/4 ounce absinthe
- 1 ounce water
- 1 lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Place a tall glass in the freezer to chill.
Step 2 -In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, the amaretto, the gin, the simple syrup, the lime juice, the cranberry juice, the absinthe, and the water and shake to combine.
Step 3 -Using a cocktail strainer, pour the drink into the chilled glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
Step 4 -Serve.
