Have a little faith and give this Clover Mule a try. This tingly and bubbly Irish whiskey drink is one we hope you love. And we believe every sip of Clover Mule brings you a little bit of luck. That about covers them all! Here's to a drink that does everything you need it to!
Ingredients
- ice, to taste
- 2 ounces Irish whiskey, such as Jameson® Irish Whiskey
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 6 ounces ginger beer
- lime wheels, to taste, for garnish
- mint sprigs, to taste, for garnish
Directions
Step 1 -Fill a copper mug or highball glass with the ice.
Step 2 -Pour the Irish whiskey and the lime juice over the ice.
Step 3 -Top the whiskey-lime juice mixture with the ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
Step 4 -Serve the drink, garnished with the lime wheels and the mint sprigs.
